Job description

HSE Programs Engineer Make an Impact in Health, Safety & Process Excellence
Join an organization where safety and continuous improvement drive operational success. In this role, you'll lead key HSE programs, partner with cross-functional teams, and help strengthen workplace safety through innovative technologies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the gas monitoring program, including governance, data analysis, compliance, and field support.
  • Support the Industrial Hygiene program through exposure assessments, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Administer the lone worker monitoring program and emergency response processes.
  • Coordinate the Management of Change (MOC) program, ensuring risk assessments, documentation, approvals, and audits are completed.
  • Support Process Safety Management (PSM), incident investigations, training, and HSE governance initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent HSE/operations experience.
  • Experience in HSE, Industrial Hygiene, Process Safety, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations, MOC programs, and gas detection systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and computer skills.
  • Maximo experience

Additional Requirements

  • Successful completion of background, reference, and pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
