Brand Apart is looking for a Creative Video Producer to join our growing team and help meet increasing demand for high-quality, emotionally resonant video content.
This role blends creative production with account management — leading projects from concept through delivery while connecting client needs with strategic and creative solutions.
It requires applied creative thinking to see beyond the ask and elevate the original idea, with regular interaction with executive-level clients and cross-functional teams across Design, Experience, and Strategy. _Primary Purpose The Creative Video Producer's primary responsibility is to create and tell exceptional visual stories. _Responsibilities _ Reports to the Managing Producer and collaborates closely with fellow producers, associate producers, and the post-production team. _ Leads projects from inception through delivery, managing pre-production, production, and post-production processes. _ Develops and manages scopes, budgets, timelines, Statements of Work, and Creative Briefs in collaboration with the video team and other internal teams. _ Partners with Account Teams to define project vision and ensure alignment with client goals; contributes to ideation and concept development. _ Leads or supports client-facing pitches, adapting quickly based on client feedback. _ Directs or field-produces shoots when a Director is not assigned; conducts interviews and collaborates with the DP to shape visual storytelling. _ Works closely with editors to guide the creative direction of the edit, often building the initial story structure alongside them. _ Manages client feedback and revisions to ensure creative quality and scope alignment. _ Builds knowledge of client media assets, stock resources, and Brand Apart's archival systems. _ Fosters a collaborative, respectful team culture across staff, contractors, and partners. _Requirements _ Minimum 5 years experience as a video producer. _ Minimum 2 years experience in client creative service. _ Multi-disciplinary approach to solving client problems with proactive thinking, action, and creativity. _ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including client-facing professionalism at senior and executive levels. _ Proven ability to manage complex projects and timelines with attention to detail. _ Confident presenting ideas to clients and representing creative vision internally. _Attributes of a Successful Candidate _ Has exceptional communication skills and the ability to understand a client's goal and solve for it through visual mediums. _ Has an ability to find the heart and emotional connection points in any story using unconventional approaches. _ Strong storytelling and interview skills for video shoots. _ Works well under the pressure of a large project load and tight deadlines. _ Constantly stays inspired on creative approaches, inspiring and challenging the team to innovate and do better. _ Passionate care for the client and the work we do, no matter how big or small the task. _ Has charisma for excellent client gravitas. _ Culture We know culture drives everything which is why we intentionally invest in our people and strive to create a workplace that is inspiring, incorporates diverse backgrounds and perspectives, and is always rooted in care.
