Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator supports Leixir's growth by coordinating and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen the brand and enhance the customer experience. As a key member of the marketing team, this role ensures projects are delivered efficiently, consistently, and on time while supporting campaigns, events, sales enablement, and digital marketing initiatives.

Working closely with the Senior Director of Marketing & Client Experience, the ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects from planning through completion in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Marketing Operations & Project Coordination (45%)
• Coordinate marketing projects from planning through completion.
• Manage marketing calendars, project timelines, SharePoint and digital asset libraries.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure marketing initiatives, customer-facing materials, and communications are current, brand compliant, and delivered accurately and on time.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve risks and roadblocks.
• Events, Tradeshows & Clinical Education (25%)
• Coordinate event logistics, registrations, travel accommodations, and vendor management.
• Manage event materials, promotional assets, booth displays, inventory, and shipping.
• Support event communications, on-site readiness, and execution.
• Assist with post-event reporting, follow-up, and continuous improvement.
• Campaign Coordination & Digital Marketing (20%)
• Assist with campaign planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, education, product launches, promotions, customer retention, and SEO initiatives.
• Manage campaign assets, timelines, and digital marketing activities/resources.
• Monitor campaign performance and assist in identifying opportunities to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.
• Marketing Analytics & Reporting (10%)
• Monitor and prepare marketing dashboards, KPI, campaign, and ROI reports.
• Analyze marketing performance and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness.

• Project Execution: Marketing initiatives delivered accurately on time and within scope.

• Event Excellence: Effective planning, execution, and follow-up for marketing and education events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• 24 years of marketing coordination or related experience.
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proactive, customer-focused problem solver with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus.

Technology Experience

• Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Lift, pack, and ship marketing materials and event supplies (up to 30 pounds).
• Support event setup, teardown, and on-site activities as needed.

Travel Requirements

• Occasional travel (approximately 5%-10%) is required to support tradeshows, educational programs, customer events, and other marketing initiatives.

Location: Our network of dental laboratories spans six states, with labs in Florida, Connecticut, Maryland, Mississippi, Rhode Island, Texas, and New York. The Leixir Home Office is in Oldsmar, Florida.

Interview Process

Information Screening: The Talent Manager will have a 20-to-30-minute phone conversation focused on relevant work experience, compensation, role overview, and answering any questions you may have.

1. Panel Interview: 45-minute interview with the Operations Manager. This will take place at the lab and will dive deeper into the role, technical knowledge, and requirements of the position. The candidate will have the opportunity to meet the team, tour the workplace, and gain a better understanding of the job's functions.
2. 1:1: 45-minute final interview with Director of Marketing. The candidate will have an opportunity to ask any outstanding questions.
3. Offer: The Talent Manager will reach out with the details of the informal offer for discussion. After all the details of the informal offer are finalized, the formal offer letter and job description will be sent. At this time, we will complete a background check.
