We offer a range of services including both heated mat and reformer pilates classes, contrast therapy, and diverse wellness events all aimed at promoting physical and mental well-being
We are opening our first location in the East Bay and are looking for phenomenal instructors to join our team!

Interested in teaching at MNT but don't have Pilates Reformer teaching experience? We’ve got you covered! Check out our upcoming Instructor Certifications! Whether you’re a seasoned pro or new to teaching Pilates, we’ll certify you in the MNT Method.
Requirements:
A passion for movement, the MNT brand, and inspiring others
Ability to teach Pilates classes that are athletic, creative, and energetic, while rooted in the classical principles of alignment, precision, and fluidity
Willingness to receive coaching, constructive feedback, and mentoring
Available early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
Must be available to teach at least 4 classes per week
Punctual, reliable, team player, enthusiastic, and personable
Bonus Points:
You’re already rocking it as a group fitness instructor!
You’ve got a Reformer certification under your belt
What you’ll do:
Lead group Reformer classes and private sessions, all in the MNT style!
