Our new Preschool is searching for a loving, active, and nurturing early childhood educator to add to our team. We are looking for a teacher for 8:45-3:30 PM Monday-Friday. Furthermore, we hold true that children learn best through an experiential and intentional approach to teaching and learning, and that each child is inherently capable and competent. Drawing from the best practices in early childhood education, and with specific inspiration from the Reggio Emilia philosophy, children will learn through an innovative, inquiry-based, hands-on curriculum where they actively participate in the learning process.


At Lamplighters, we honor the whole child. Early Childhood Preschool Teachers get to know each child deeply and authentically, allowing them to see their value within the classroom, the school and the community.


Early Childhood Preschool Teacher Qualifications:


  • A love for children and a calm presence.
  • A background in early childhood education.
  • At least 3 years of experience with young children.
  • Enjoy observing and playing with children.
