Job Summary:
The Web Content Manager is responsible for ensuring strict compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1/2.2 Level AA) across all agency web properties. This role focuses on making digital content accessible to veterans, including those with disabilities and assistive technology users, by auditing, remediating, and optimizing web content to remove barriers and enhance usability.
