What We Offer
Competitive pay: $23–$28/hr
Higher pay for 1‑hour shifts
Time‑and‑a‑half for overtime and 7 holidays
Paid sick time & PTO (after 90 days)

100% mileage reimbursement ($0.70/mile)

Available Shifts
We offer a variety of shift lengths to fit your lifestyle:
12‑hour shifts
8‑hour shifts
4‑hour shifts
2‑hour premium shifts (higher pay per hour)
Daytime & weekend availability needed
What You’ll Do
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
Support with meal preparation and light housekeeping
Offer medication reminders
Provide transportation to appointments and errands
Maintain strong communication with clients, families, and the office
Deliver reliable, professional, and compassionate care
What You Need
Valid WA State CNA or HCA license
1 year of caregiving experience preferred
CPR/First Aid (within 30 days of hire)
Food Handler Card (within 30 days of hire)
Driver’s license & auto insurance preferred
