• Full-Time Experience Level: Experienced Salary: $145,000 - $185,000 Remote Details: Fully Remote, Working Business Hours Central Time Role Summary Seeking highly independent senior engineers who can combine software development, business analysis, client consulting, and sales engineering responsibilities.

• Core Responsibilities Serve as a client-facing technical leader and trusted advisor Lead requirements discovery and business analysis efforts Design and deliver custom software solutions Support sales activities, technical discovery, solution demonstrations, and proposal development Partner with executive leadership and the CEO on strategic opportunities Operate independently, often owning engagements from discovery through delivery Potentially function as a forward-deployed engineer embedded closely with client teams Required Technical Skills Senior-level software engineering experience Strong solution architecture and systems design capabilities Ability to work autonomously on complex client projects Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions 10 Years web development experience Highly proficient in Database schema design and analysis Highly proficient in Complex SQL Queries and Operations Highly proficient in A Server-side language such as C#, Java, Ruby, Python, or PHP Highly proficient in JavaScript Highly proficient in Team Git branch management Minimum 5 years experience leading a team of 5+ software developers Experience with common integration protocols including but not limited to SOAP, REST, SFTP, ODBC, TCP/IP, and IMAP.

Experience with Legacy system conversions Basic understanding of networking and operating systems administration (Connectivity Troubleshooting, DNS / SSL Certificates, Active Directory) Elicitation of requirements from non-technical business users Conceptually design systems based on business requirements Perform technical lead role through the SDLC Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments Self-motivated with a positive attitude Willingness to drive large projects to completion in a fast-moving environment Nice to Have C# Expertise CSS/HTML Microsoft Visual Studio Experience with Kendo UI Experience with Angular Azure experience Linux experience Mobile development experience BS/BA degree AI Requirements Highly proficient in leveraging agentic AI tools throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Demonstrated use of AI for:
