JETSET Pilates Research Triangle Park is seeking a General Manager to oversee studio operations and drive membership growth.
The General Manager will be responsible for building membership, leading community outreach, hiring and developing the team, and owning the studio's financial performance.
This is not a passive management role. It is a hands-on leadership position that requires strong sales ability, marketing initiative, operational discipline, and community presence.

Salary: $60,000 base - OTE $80k Bonus: Performance-based incentive structure tied to revenue and membership growthHours: 40+ hours per week Growth Opportunity: Potential for expanded leadership as additional locations open
