The Communications Manager, Media Relations & Social Media is a hybrid, hands-on communications role responsible for execution-level enterprise media relations, issues and crisis response support, and social media strategy and management for the Medical University of South Carolina. This position serves as a primary media contact for assigned enterprise inquiries and executes day-to-day content creation, publishing, monitoring, and reporting across MUSC's social media platforms. This role operates within defined escalation and approval protocols for crisis communications, regulatory matters, and executive response.
