Under the direction of the Director of Nursing and the DSD, creates staffing schedules to meet the state requirements and the customer service needs of the residents of the Care Center.
Detailed responsibilities:
Competencies and skills: Essential: Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and procedures manuals, safety rules and maintenance instructions Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
Nonessential: Certified Nurse Assistant
Education with Equivalent Qualifications: Essential: High School diploma or GED
Experience with Equivalent Qualifications: Nonessential: Some long term care, geriatric and/or rehabilitative nurse experience
