We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Staffer to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting, is highly organized, and is passionate about ensuring appropriate staffing levels to support quality resident care. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are strongly encouraged to apply. Position Summary The Staffer is responsible for coordinating schedules, maintaining staffing coverage, monitoring attendance, and working closely with nursing leadership to ensure operational staffing needs are met.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
