Dental Office Manager – Pediatric Practice
Location: Middlebury, CT (On-site/Remote)
Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour (Dependent on Eaglesoft experience & dental billing experience)
Hours: M - R 745am - 445pm; F 745am - 445pm (remote)

Position Overview

As our Practice Manager, you will serve as the operational backbone of the office. You will command the front desk, oversee the clinical flow, and establish firm systems of accountability. We fully back your management authority—giving you the autonomy to build an elite, frictionless environment so our clinical providers can focus entirely on patient care.
