Job Summary:
The Youth Residential Worker is responsible for assisting in the coordination of residential services and providing professional treatment and care to adolescents. In addition, this position is responsible for providing a range of support groups and skills training services to adolescents, tracking and reporting on adolescents' treatment progress, and providing peer leadership. This position will be part of ratio for youth/staff ratio compliance. This position is responsible for the direct supervision and safety of all residents on the floor through consistent shift monitor.
Open positions are 2nd shift from 3:30pm-12am and 3rd shift from 12am-8:30am. Must be available on weekends and some holidays. Full and part-time positions are available.
