What You'll Do

• Decontaminate surgical instruments including drills, scopes, and DaVinci equipment
• Assemble instruments for all service lines, including trauma, loaners, and peel packaging
• Operate sterilization through Sterrad and steam processes
• Handle high-level disinfection (HLD) and scope processing
• Manage sterile storage protocols
• Act as OR liaison, coordinating with surgical teams
• Use Censitrac tracking system and Medivator equipment to ensure proper workflow and documentation

What You Need

Required:

• Valid CBSPD or CRCST certification (via HSPA/IAHCSMM)
• Experience with sterilization, decontamination, and scope handling
• Knowledge of Medivator equipment and Censitrac tracking system

Preferred:

• Previous experience working in a Level One trauma hospital or similar fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of sterilization protocols and OR coordination
