A fast-growing portfolio company in the beauty and skincare industry that acquires and scales established consumer brands. The company operates with a startup's agility and a performance-driven, data-informed approach, currently expanding its brand portfolio through new acquisitions, packaging development, and omnichannel commerce initiatives.

✍ Short Description:
This role supports the Marketing team on one of the portfolio's skincare brands, focusing on the execution of high-quality, on-brand creative work. The Graphic Designer produces assets across packaging, digital commerce, retail, and social channels, working from creative briefs and under the direction of senior creative leadership. Day-to-day work includes packaging updates, line extensions, visual merchandising materials, and support for product launches and photoshoots. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and consistent use of project management tools to keep deliverables on track.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Design and produce creative assets across digital e-commerce (site, email, paid media, Amazon), social media, and retail education materials

• Design packaging updates, line extensions, secondary packaging, and promotional kits while maintaining brand consistency under the direction of senior designers

• Assist with visual merchandising, fixture, and in-store display design

• Support event activation and experiential design materials

• Produce product renderings and support photo retouching and compositing

• Translate creative briefs and established brand guidelines into visually compelling, on-brand design solutions, incorporating feedback from senior designers to refine work

• Manage assigned project timelines, participate in daily creative stand-ups, and use Wrike to track and update assigned tasks

• Support photoshoot logistics, including shot list preparation and on-set assistance as directed by senior designers

💡 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred

• 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience; beauty, fashion, or consumer brand experience a plus

• Strong portfolio demonstrating beauty packaging design alongside digital, retail, and campaign execution

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Wrike or similar project management tools a plus

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with close attention to detail

• Ability to take direction and feedback well while working efficiently under deadlines
