  • Material Inventory Tracking: Monitor raw material levels (aggregates, cement, admixtures, and water) to ensure continuous, uninterrupted plant production.
  • Mechanical Diagnostics & Inspections: Conduct daily plant inspections to identify mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues across conveyors, mixers, silos, compressors, and weighing systems.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform minor mechanical adjustments, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting on batching hardware and material delivery systems; coordinate complex repairs with plant leadership and service technicians.
  • Quality Assurance Standards: Verify accurate moisture inputs, aggregate adjustments, and material ratios within the batching software to ensure all loads meet company standards.
  • Safety & Housekeeping: Maintain an organized facility while adhering to all corporate safety protocols and operational standards.
  • Dispatch Operations & Logistics Coordination
  • Fleet Scheduling: Schedule and dispatch ready-mix trucks efficiently to align with customer delivery windows and jobsite delivery rates.
  • Real-Time Fleet Routing: Monitor truck locations, production queues, and jobsite status to adjust dispatch plans dynamically as field conditions shift.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the central communication liaison between customers, delivery drivers, quality control technicians, and plant personnel.
  • Performance Tracking: Track order status, cycle times, and daily production metrics to resolve delivery delays and operational conflicts in real time.
  • Computer Systems & Technical Operations
  • Batching Software Management: Operate industry-standard software (e.g., Command Alkon, Sysdyne, Marcotte, or similar) to execute orders and manage dispatch logs.
  • Data Administration: Maintain accurate shipping tickets, daily production logs, inventory records, and customer order histories.
  • Systems Troubleshooting: Monitor automated sensors, moisture probes, scale interfaces, and control boards; troubleshoot hardware, printers, and communication devices as needed.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze production data to identify efficiency gains, maintain accurate electronic records, and ensure precise system data entry.

  • Operational Drive: Proven capability to multitask, prioritize, and make critical decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication & Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly across departments.
  • Preferred
