Every build is different. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality fabrication projects safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards. What You'll DoLead and develop a team of approximately 10 to 20 fabricators and weldersPlan and schedule daily shop productionReview fabrication drawings and work packagesCoordinate manpower, materials, and equipmentMaintain high standards for quality, safety, and productivityDrive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the fabrication shopCoach and mentor fabrication personnelPartner with Engineering, Project Management, Purchasing, and Assembly teamsDeliver projects on schedule while managing labor budgets and production goals Qualifications10+ years of hands-on steel fabrication experience5+ years leading fabrication teams in a manufacturing environmentStrong blueprint reading and fabrication layout skillsExperience with MIG, TIG, Flux-Core, and structural welding processesExperience fabricating tanks, skids, piping, structural steel, pressure vessels, or other custom industrial equipmentKnowledge of AWS and ASME fabrication standardsStrong leadership, planning, and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams Preferred qualifications:Bilingual English and SpanishExperience leading custom fabrication rather than high-volume production environments $115,000-$155,000 + Performance Bonus + Excellent Benefits
