Technical Program Support / System Administrator
Frontier Strategies, LLC is seeking two Technical Program Support / System Administrators to provide technical, functional, and end-user support for Air Force Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) and LogiCole systems. Incumbents will support system administration, medical logistics operations, reporting, sourcing, financial interfaces, Assemblage Management, user assistance, and training.
Essential Responsibilities
Perform DMLSS and LogiCole system administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, data management, and user-support activities.
Support financial interfaces, reporting, strategic sourcing, electronic catalogs, Prime Vendor processes, and Assemblage Management functions.
Develop and maintain Business Intelligence Common Services reports.
Assist users with system access, transactions, reporting, logistics data, and operational issues.
Identify system or data deficiencies and support corrective actions.
Develop and deliver end-user guidance, technical assistance, and training.
Knowledgeable in computer systems, system administration, and DMLSS/LogiCole functionality and management.
Working knowledge of Air Force DMLSS financial interfaces.
Experience developing BCS reports.
Proficient in using electronic catalogs and DMLSS strategic sourcing functionality to identify alternative supply sources and achieve cost savings.
Working knowledge of Defense Logistics Agency-Troop Support (DLA-TS) Prime Vendor programs and payment systems.
Possess core knowledge of Assemblage Management functionality.
