LPN - Part-Time Overnights
Job Summary:
Cross Timbers Nursing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our evening shift team at our facility in Midwest City, Oklahoma. As an integral part of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and attention to our residents. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vaccinations
Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans
Collaborate with the nursing staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient care delivery
Perform vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, as needed
Assist with medication administration, as directed

Requirements:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
Current CPR certification
Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
