About the Role

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you'll manage the entire client journey—from the first conversation to helping clients choose the insurance solutions that best fit their needs.

You'll work directly with prospective clients through phone and video consultations, building relationships, providing expert guidance, and helping individuals and families protect what matters most.

What You'll Do

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you will:

• Proactively connect with prospective clients through phone, video, and other virtual communication channels.

• Conduct needs assessments to understand each client's unique goals and insurance needs.

• Educate clients on available insurance products and recommend personalized solutions.

• Build trust and establish strong client relationships through exceptional communication and customer service.

• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through closing.

• Handle objections professionally and confidently guide clients through the decision-making process.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within company systems.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding client experience.

• Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding individual sales goals.

Compensation & Earning Potential

This position offers exceptional earning potential through a commission-based compensation structure.

• Expected annual earnings of $60,000 – $250,000+
