At Elderhaus at the Lake, our Adult Day Health Center provides compassionate, comprehensive care that helps older adults remain independent and engaged in their community.
We're looking for a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) who is passionate about working with seniors in a dynamic, activity-based care settingand who is comfortable occasionally supporting participant transportation needs.
About the Setting
Unlike traditional healthcare roles, this position is based in a welcoming Adult Day Health Center, where you'll build relationships, participate in activities, and create meaningful daily experiences for participantsall while contributing to their overall health and independence.

In this role, you'll provide hands-on care and meaningful engagement throughout the day:
