Based at our manufacturing plant in Chesapeake, VA, as the Project Manager, you will lead the planning, engineering, and execution of plant site projects. You will act as the primary authority for ensuring projects are completed successfully, managing project employees.

Technical Skills:
Regulatory Knowledge: Ability to interpret MSHA regulations, building codes (International Building/Fire/Mechanical), and Federal/State environmental permits.
Core Competencies: Strong leadership, report writing, and presentation skills.
Ability to define problems, analyze data, and draw actionable conclusions.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to climb stairs (up to 9 floors), work at heights and in confined spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Software: Proficiency in Google Workspace, AutoCad, and SAP.
Industry Expertise
Relevant Industries: Cement Production, Mining Processes.
Success Metrics
The target base salary for this position is $125,000 - 150,000 per year, depending on education and experience, plus an annual performance bonus and a comprehensive rewards package.
