Sourcing Engineer (Indirect)

Lead identification, evaluation and the approval process of new suppliers that meet Molex performance standards and compliance requirements, preferably in Japan. Drive cross functional teams including but not limited to Quality, Operations and Engineering in this undertaking.

Leverage current supply base or identify new suppliers to support new product introduction (NPI).

Support executing and implementing Global / Regional Contracts and creating decision making framework (DFM) for Make vs Buy or Supplier Selection decisions.
