Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a Production Operator for our client in Tucson, AZ. The successful candidate will bring strong mechanical aptitude and a safety-first mindset to a fast-paced manufacturing environment where precision and quality drive every batch.

Pay: $19/hr
Schedule:
M-Th 6:30am - 4:30pm
W-Sat 6:30am - 4:30pm
M-Th 4:00pm - 2:30am
What You'll Do
Understand and follow proper, safe operating procedures in a manufacturing environment.
Pull various ingredients to combine and make quality mixes for customers.
Troubleshoot minor quality and production issues.
Run bagging operations and stage product for shipment.
Operate crushing and screening systems to produce raw materials.
Participate in the 5S program to ensure clean, safe working areas.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
Basic mechanical skills.
Working knowledge of weights and measures and how to make process adjustments to maintain quality production.
Experience with pallet stacking.
Forklift experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Environmental safety and health rules and regulations training (OSHA training) – Preferred.
Strong commitment to contributing to team success, initiating action, quality orientation, and safety awareness.

This role is based in a manufacturing facility where employees work around industrial mixing, bagging, crushing, and screening equipment.
