As a registered Coca-Cola vendor, we’re looking for an ambitious refrigeration technician who wants to expand their skills beyond traditional refrigeration and build a long-term career in the beverage systems industry.





Position Summary


We’re seeking a motivated Commercial Refrigeration Technician who already has refrigeration experience and wants to learn the specialized skills that make Perfect Pour unique.


You’ll work directly alongside one of our senior technicians, receiving hands-on training in:

• Beer system installations
• Soda dispensing systems
• Draft beer line cleaning
• Glycol systems
• Long-draw draft systems
• Preventive maintenance programs
• Beverage equipment troubleshooting
• Commercial refrigeration service and repair

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys learning new skills and wants to become a highly specialized technician.





What You’ll Do

• Assist with commercial refrigeration installations and repairs
• Install and service beer and soda dispensing equipment
• Learn draft beer system installation
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections
• Learn proper beer line cleaning procedures
• Diagnose refrigeration and dispensing system issues
• Assist with equipment installations at customer locations
• Maintain accurate service documentation
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Work safely while following company and industry standards

What We’re Looking For


We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with our company.


Qualifications include:

• Minimum two to three years of refrigeration experience
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• EPA Certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic
• Positive attitude
• Dependable and punctual
• Willingness to learn new equipment and technologies
• Ability to work independently after training
• Professional appearance and communication skills

No beer system experience is required.
