Senior Deployment Engineer

Job Description:

• Serve as the principal technical advisor to enterprise clients and build high-level trust relationships.
• Partner with Software Engineers globally to analyze hiring processes and performance requirements and ensure solution alignment and product delivery.
• Present Karat's technical solution to prospects as the subject matter expert.
• Architect and implement the initial Karat interview framework for new enterprise clients.
• Conduct regular strategic customer reviews to ensure business alignment and optimal performance.
• Design and deliver executive-level training sessions for client stakeholders.
• Analyze complex performance data and calibrate assessment metrics with Content and Data teams.
• Translate findings into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement of Customer Operations and GTM internal processes.
• Travel up to 20% for strategic face-to-face meetings and industry events.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional work experience in strategic technical account management, client success engineering, solutions/deployment engineering, or SaaS/technical/financial services consulting focused on technical implementation
• Demonstrated success as a strategic advisor during client onboarding
• Ability to build trusted rapport, make thoughtful recommendations, and guide clients through complex implementation processes
• Experience directly engaging with C-Suite executives in a client-facing capacity
• Strong working knowledge of SQL
• Client-facing experience with technical customers required
• Must reside in Oregon or Washington State
