ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1996 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. I graduated from Georgetown College, played football, worked in construction materials sales, and then joined State Farm as an adjuster before opening my own agency. I'm a lifelong Louisville resident, the proud father of five, a former middle school football coach, and enjoy golfing whenever I get the chance.
Serving our community has always been important to me. I'm active in my church, have coached youth sports and community teams, and enjoy building lasting relationships with the individuals and families we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Mike Shelton - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments.
