Must Haves (and how they are used):
o Strong Jira experience. Will be responsible for the Jira doc for themselves and the other tech writers
o Ability to coach others; multiple folks ( ) and communicate well with others. Be a bridge builder and problem solver. Will be the head of tech team. tech writers will come to this individual for all questions / issues or support needed
o Ability to communicate tech speak to each SME and be able to break it done in layman terms for other tech writers
o Strong organizational skills- for all the above work, need to keep it streamlined, and ensure others are also on par with tasks
o Use of confluence and Share point to extract data to Jira
