The Manager, Sales and Use Tax Audit is responsible for leading and managing the Company's sales and use tax audit and controversy function. This role manages and develops a team responsible for state and local sales and use tax audits, assessments, appeals and related controversy matters. The positions partners with business stakeholders to resolve audit issues, mitigate tax risk, and implement sustainable process improvements. The Manager supports enterprise initiatives and drives strategies that enhance audit readiness, strengthen internal controls, and executes effective audit defense strategies.

Education: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 7+ years
Years of Management Experience: 2+ years
Certifications / Licenses: CMI, CPA, JD, or MST preferred but not required

Strong research, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
