This isn’t a walk-in shop hoping for foot traffic — it’s a loyal membership base already outpacing the Hammer & Nails system average for new locations, which means a full chair without the chasing.
This role is a fit for a barber who wants steady bookings, real income, and a shop that runs on structure instead of chaos.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation: Up to $40.00/hour, including base, commission, and tips.
100% of tips retained.
Benefits: Paid time off, W2 employment (no booth rent), consistent booking volume from an established membership base, paid training and ongoing skill development, and all tools, equipment, and products provided.
