Your efforts will span across collaborating closely with quality assurance, maintenance, production planning, and operations teams to embed robust quality controls and risk mitigation strategies such as Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) into the manufacturing workflows. These initiatives will ensure our manufacturing processes are safe, compliant, cost-efficient, and aligned with customer and industry standards.

  • Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices to maximize process stability, reduce waste, and increase throughput by deploying Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other data-driven methodologies.
  • Effectively manage inventories of spare parts, critical inspection gauges, and raw materials, maintaining optimal stock levels that prevent production delays and support seamless quality inspections.
  • Maintain strict compliance with ISO and other relevant industry standards via detailed process documentation, controlled procedures, and active coordination of internal and external audit activities.
  • Analyze manufacturing data trends to identify continuous improvement opportunities enhancing process efficiency and product quality standards.
  • Lead engineering projects focused on equipment upgrades, process validations, and commissioning with diligent attention from initial planning to first-article inspections and production transition.
  • Partner actively with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) teams to uphold high standards of occupational safety, environmental stewardship, and procedural adherence including Lockout Tagout (LOTO) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Control Plans, and Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), facilitating knowledge sharing and manufacturing excellence.
  • Provide technical training and ongoing support to production personnel to nurture a culture of continuous quality improvement and operational excellence.

  • Sound knowledge of mechanical systems, measurement instruments, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Competency in data analysis software including Excel and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Attention to detail and capability to recognize process deviations and risk factors in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • Physical capability to be present on-site with mobility to stand, walk, and manage equipment up to 40 pounds occasionally.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work successfully across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with industrial safety standards and procedures, including Lockout Tagout (LOTO).
In return, we offer
  • Join a workplace culture built on trust, mutual respect, and accountability, where each contribution is recognized and valued.
  • Access continuous professional development opportunities with clear career advancement pathways within a globally recognized production leader.
  • Be part of an innovative and inclusive environment that welcomes diverse perspectives and encourages fresh ideas driving cutting-edge solutions.
  • Receive a competitive, comprehensive compensation package encompassing healthcare benefits, retirement and savings plans, alongside performance-based incentives.
