Essential Functions: * Conduct grounds maintenance activities in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards. * Work alongside fellow associates to manage all aspects of landscaping and exterior maintenance. * Adhere to stringent safety, security, and integrity protocols, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements at local, federal, and state levels.
