Requirements: - We are looking for a mission-driven, collaborative professional who is motivated to build solutions that support national and global security missions.
- We require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET security clearance; an active clearance is preferred.
- We require a bachelors degree in engineering or another related technical field, along with 3-4 years of experience.

- We prefer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Preferred experience includes Satellite Control Network and SATCOM command-and-control systems, products, and interfaces.
- Preferred knowledge includes secure communication protocols, encryption, and authentication methods.
- Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Nexus is preferred.
- Prior work on large-scale government software programs or defense acquisitions is an advantage.
Responsibilities: - We design, develop, test, and deploy backend services, APIs, and system components using Java, C++, and Python.
- We partner closely with frontend developers, systems engineers, DevSecOps teams, and testers to deliver integrated, high-quality software.
- We build software that interfaces with satellite ground systems, network management tools, and secure communications protocols.
- We improve system speed and reliability through disciplined coding, profiling, and debugging.
- We apply secure coding practices and help ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards.
- We participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives.
- We support peer code reviews and contribute to system design decisions focused on functionality.
