InReach is seeking an Order Fulfillment Supervisor to lead the fulfillment process from order to delivery. You'll bridge customer service & warehouse operations, maximize fill rates and resolve challenges

In this role, you’ll help keep operations moving by connecting data, inventory planning, and logistics execution into one seamless flow. Your work will support informed decisions across procurement and supply teams, ensuring the right products are available at the right time while maintaining cost and service expectations.
The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.
Pay Range: $28.24 per hour - $36.54 per hour

- Contribute to menu cost optimization through pricing analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate across marketing, operations, and supply teams to align business priorities.
- Build experience in vendor management, inventory analytics, and end-to-end supply operations.
What you’ll bring
- Experience with inventory forecasting, fulfillment systems, and supply or logistics operations.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to analyze data and produce reports.
- Background interpreting demand trends, pricing structures, and operational metrics.
- Experience managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated success working with vendors and internal partners to support operational continuity.

- Education Requirement: High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
