SIL Advisor – Remote Insurance Sales Representative (1099 Commission Only)

This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity with commission-only compensation and unlimited earning potential.
What You'll Do
• Meet with clients virtually by phone and Zoom
• Help individuals and families evaluate insurance options that fit their needs
• Follow up with prospective clients who have requested information
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up activities
• Attend training sessions and coaching calls
• Learn and implement proven sales and client service systems

Compensation
• Commission-only (1099 Independent Contractor)

• Typical commissions range from $800–$1,200+ per issued policy
• Weekly pay

Income Potential
Income is performance-based and varies by individual effort, skill development, and production.
• Part-time agents often earn $50,000+ annually
• Full-time agents commonly earn $80,000–$300,000+ annually

Qualifications
• Must reside in the United States
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Life & Health Insurance License preferred or willingness to obtain one
