Job description

Job Description:

  • Generate enrollments for B2B and B2C customer segments through profitable investments across channels
  • Build and execute comprehensive B2C and B2B marketing plans spanning paid media, organic, and social channels
  • Develop B2B go-to-market plans for product releases and launches
  • Maintain budgets, campaign performance, return on investment, and channel metrics
  • Lead quarterly media planning, budgeting, and lead and pipeline forecasts
  • Build reporting capabilities and refine brand positioning with the marketing team
  • Develop breakthrough creative and improve marketing processes and tools
  • Design and execute customer research and customer-insight initiatives
  • Diversify the media mix by launching new vendors and researching platforms
  • Collaborate with sales, product, technology, and operations to improve enrollment volume
  • Protect sensitive consumer information and comply with privacy, data protection, and data loss prevention policies
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance and perform other assigned duties

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of demand generation or customer acquisition experience for high-growth companies
  • Power-user proficiency with Google Ads, Bing, and Facebook Ads Manager
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Optimize
  • Proven track record building audiences and gaining insights to drive decisions
  • Proficiency with email service providers such as SendGrid, Marketo, and GetResponse
  • Exceptional quantitative and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze data, overcome data noise, and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to develop and execute tactics to increase app downloads and website traffic
  • Strong communication skills to communicate takeaways and insights
  • B2C marketing experience focused on lead generation and conversion
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
