Position Summary:
The purpose of this job is to develop pricing and underwriting tools, automate ratemaking process and provide strategic pricing recommendations based on in-depth profitability analysis to optimize business profitability and improve pricing accuracy through actuarial methodologies, technologies and rate filings. This job will perform and communicate pricing goals for large accounts, excess and non-admitted business. This job will also perform reinsurance pricing and reserving estimation.

The salary range for this role is $122,300 - $235,500. The listed annual salary range posted for this position is subject to change and may vary depending on performance, education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, demonstrated proficiency in the competencies required for the role and business needs. Base pay is just one component of GNY's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
