As an Entry Level Account Executive, you will be a key part of our retail sales team, helping customers navigate their insurance needs through personalized conversations and solutions.
You will engage with walk-in clients, learn about their unique situations, recommend tailored insurance options, and guide them through the full sales process from initial conversation to closing the deal.
This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, eager to learn, and excited about building strong relationships while growing professionally in insurance sales.
Welcome Customers: Provide a friendly and professional first impression for clients visiting our office.
Understand Customer Needs: Ask thoughtful questions and conduct needs assessments to identify the best insurance solutions.
Recommend Solutions: Present customized insurance options and clearly explain coverage details and benefits.
Manage the Sales Process: Guide customers through the entire sales journey, from initial consultation to closing.
Build Relationships: Develop trust and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Stay Knowledgeable: Continue learning about insurance products, services, and industry trends.
Collaborate with the Team: Work with agency members to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Support Customers: Answer questions and provide ongoing service to ensure a positive client experience.
This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission, with expected annual earnings between $50,000 and $70,000 based on performance.
Your success will be directly connected to your ability to build relationships, provide excellent customer service, and help clients find the right insurance solutions.
