AlliedTravelCareers is working with Medix to find a qualified Echo Tech in Illinois!
Medix has partnered with a premier healthcare facility to find a dedicated Echo Tech for a high-impact travel assignment in Winfield. As a trusted healthcare clinician, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality diagnostic cardiac imaging while delivering compassionate patient care. In this role, you will perform outpatient transthoracic echocardiograms, strain imaging, and bubble studies for adult cardiology patients within an established cardiology practice, working without inpatient or TEE duties. Schedule Details Work Week: 8-hour or 10-hour shifts (Monday – Friday, approx. 9-12 patients/day with built-in catch-up blocks) Shift Hours: 8 hours per shift (40 hours per week). Responsibilities • Perform outpatient transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE) for adult general cardiology patients (18+). • Conduct specialized strain imaging and bubble studies in an established outpatient cardiology setting. • Maintain schedule flow with built-in catch-up blocks and a 30-minute daily lunch break.
