Project Manager (Business Systems)
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to support enterprise business system initiatives across multiple departments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating with business stakeholders, leading cross-functional projects, gathering requirements, and driving projects from discovery through implementation. Success in this role depends on exceptional communication skills, relationship building, and the ability to balance technical and business priorities.
Lead projects supporting enterprise business systems and operational initiatives
Partner with business stakeholders to identify project goals, business needs, and improvement opportunities
Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements
Develop project plans, timelines, status reports, and supporting documentation
Coordinate project activities across business units and technical teams
Facilitate meetings and communicate project progress to stakeholders and leadership
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies while developing mitigation strategies
Assist with process improvements and business system enhancements
Support implementation, testing, and organizational change management activities
Build strong relationships across technical and business teams to ensure successful project delivery
24 years of Project Management, Project Coordination, or Business Analyst experience
Experience supporting ERP, financial, or other enterprise business systems preferred
Strong requirements gathering and business process documentation skills
Experience coordinating cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation
Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Experience creating project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder communications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Relationship-driven with exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in collaborative environments
Strong critical thinking and sound business judgment
Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable working with both technical teams and business stakeholders
Adaptable, professional, and focused on delivering successful project outcomes
