Job description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Drive execution of SWP-related projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery against defined scope, timelines, and business objectives. - Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation within SWP processes and support the development and execution of project plans across cross-functional stakeholder groups. - Lead process design and standardization efforts by documenting and optimizing SWP workflows to improve efficiency and consistency. - Establish and maintain project tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting to ensure visibility, accountability, and informed decision-making. - Identify and drive process improvement initiatives, recommending solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and scalability. - Support coordination of Technical Beach activities, including onboarding, operations, and job jar build-out and management, while identifying opportunities for process improvement. - Analyze and resolve operational challenges of moderate complexity, making recommendations and supporting decision-making in partnership with stakeholders. - Support stakeholder alignment across SWP, Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, and business leaders; apply working knowledge of SWP policies and practices. - Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership. - Lead cross-functional meetings to drive project progress, ensuring clear outcomes and follow-through. Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Specific Requirements - Must have 5+ years of relevant professional experience. - Experience with strategic workforce planning. - Experience developing executive-ready presentations, reports, and delivering effective presentations to leadership audiences. - Experience with HR project experience is preferred. Pay Transparency Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment.
Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package.
Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.
Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off.
Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
