Shift Leaders set the standard for hospitality, food safety, operational excellence, and team culture. They coach others, solve problems in real time, ensure smooth restaurant operations, and lead by example in every area of the business.

Promotions into Shift Leader roles are based on consistent performance, demonstrated leadership, coachability, reliability, and availability, not tenure. We provide the training, coaching, and opportunities needed for those who are committed to growing with our business. Leadership Pay: Competitive compensation based on experience, performance, leadership responsibilities, and availability. All team members will begin at $15.00 - $17.00 per hour, depending on availability, with raises implemented at the time of promotion. Shift Leaders can earn up to $21.00 per hour.
