We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager II Operating Room (OR) to lead perioperative nursing operations in a high-acuity hospital environment. This role is responsible for overseeing clinical care delivery, staffing, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and operational performance within the Operating Room and procedure suite.
The Nurse Manager II will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality surgical care while collaborating with physicians, surgical teams, and hospital leadership to optimize patient outcomes across the continuum of care.
