Manage all on-site construction activities for Class A office projects. Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with project management teams. Direct subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure efficient workflow. Conduct daily site walks and proactively address project challenges. Enforce OSHA standards and company safety requirements. Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and site planning sessions. Monitor quality control throughout all phases of construction. Review construction documents and ensure work aligns with plans and specifications. Coordinate inspections, punch list completion, and project closeout activities. Maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and site records.
