Job Description
We are looking for an HR Generalist to support our rapid multi-market expansion from NYC into Philadelphia and beyond. This role owns employee relations, policy execution, and HR partnership across a growing footprint of locations. You will work closely with site leadership to navigate the realities of scaling a people-first brand in new markets. We're looking for someone with the ability to build structure without losing the human touch that makes Bathhouse what it is.
