Community Options, Inc. is a national non-profit agency providing services to individuals with disabilities in 11 states.
We are now hiring a Full-Time Medicaid Alternative Pathways (MAPs) Coordinator in Chattanooga, TN. The Medicaid Alternative Pathways (MAPs) Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the
development, coordination, and delivery of the MAPs program. MAPs is designed to empower
individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) by teaching skills that promote
independent living, employment, and meaningful community integration. The MAPs Coordinator
provides coaching and individualized supports that foster independence through the use of
technology, virtual community mapping, life skills development, and person-centered goal
achievement.
Starting pay rate is $18.00/ per hour
