Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify an experienced HR Business Partner to join their growing Human Resources team. This position serves as a strategic partner to business leaders while providing comprehensive HR support across a designated employee population. The ideal candidate is confident working with senior leadership, thrives in a collaborative environment, and has a strong foundation in employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices.
The HR Business Partner will act as the primary HR resource for an assigned business unit, providing guidance and support across the full employee lifecycle. This role partners closely with leadership to drive HR initiatives, ensure compliance with employment regulations, and foster a positive employee experience.
