In-Home Sales Representative Rose Remodeling Job Type:

  • Full-Time Compensation: $120,000–$350,000+ annually (Commission-Based, Unlimited Earning Potential) Join our team and earn a $5,000 signing bonus when you meet the eligibility requirements.

  • Rose Remodeling is seeking a driven and customer-focused In-Home Sales Representative to join our growing team.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional who thrives in a consultative environment and enjoys helping homeowners create beautiful, functional spaces.
  • You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, understand their remodeling goals, present customized bath renovation solutions, and guide customers through the decision-making process from consultation to close.
  • With strong leads, comprehensive training, and uncapped earning potential, this role is ideal for a motivated sales professional looking to take control of their income and build a rewarding career.
  • Responsibilities Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes to discuss remodeling needs and goals Conduct professional in-home consultations and sales presentations Create customized bath remodeling solutions tailored to each customer’s vision and budget Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process Effectively communicate product benefits, options, and project details Close sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development Utilize technology and sales tools to manage opportunities and customer information Qualifications Proven sales experience required; home improvement or remodeling sales experience strongly preferred Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong closing ability with a customer-first approach Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to customer appointments Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and sales software What We Offer High-income earning potential with no cap on commissions Pre-qualified leads—no cold calling required Paid sales training and ongoing coaching Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) plan Flexible schedule Opportunity for career growth with a growing remodeling company Compensation This is a commission-only sales position with expected annual earnings of $120,000–$350,000+ , depending on performance.
