Job Overview – Clinical Pharmacist (Home Infusion)
Compensation: $125,000 – $135,000/year
Location: Columbus, OH
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
TAG MedStaffing is hiring a Clinical Pharmacist (Home Infusion) in Columbus, OH for our client, supporting home infusion pharmacy services, sterile compounding, medication therapy management, and patient care. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a licensed pharmacist with experience in acute care or home infusion who is passionate about delivering high-quality clinical pharmacy services in an alternate care setting. The role combines direct patient care, clinical oversight, and collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
